Protect. Optimize. Grow.

Business protection and profit recovery

LIVELE manages Vendor and Seller Central compliance and day-to-day account operations for brand owners selling on Amazon.com, and finds where their margin leaks. Compliance Management is $3,500/month. Full Account Management is $4,500/month. Neither includes PPC, so we work alongside your ads agency or in-house team. LIVELE is built for brand owners doing roughly $1.5 million or more a year on Amazon.

We work through Seller Central permissions that you control. You can change or remove our access at any time, and we never ask for your password.

Three service lines, bought separately

Amazon Services protects and runs your Seller Central account. The Missing Piece™ finds where profit leaks. LIVELE Consulting takes on defined problems in the business behind the account. Each one can be bought on its own.

What's at stake on Amazon in 2026

Four thresholds and dates that decide how much protection your account has, what you have to file and what each unit costs to ship.

  • 250+

Account Health Rating (AHR) needed for at least 6 months to qualify for Account Health Assurance (AHA)1

No more than 10 days below 250 in that period, and a valid emergency contact on file.

  • End of 2026

When Amazon says Listing Protection reaches all US sellers with Account Health Assurance2

With Listing Protection, a flagged listing stays live while you resolve the violation.

  • July 8, 2026

Since then, importers of products under a Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) rule must eFile their certificates of compliance3

  • 3.5%

Fuel and logistics surcharge on US FBA fulfillment fees since April 17, 20264

About $0.17 per unit on average.

The seven profit leaks The Missing Piece™ looks for

Profit rarely disappears in one place. The Missing Piece™ checks seven areas, each one visible in Seller Central or in your P&L, and ranks what to fix first.

Select a leak to see what it is and how it shows up in Seller Central.

Revenue Leakage

Sales you should have made: best sellers out of stock, a lost Featured Offer (Buy Box) and other sellers taking the sale on your own listings.

  • Stockouts on top ASINs
  • Featured Offer (Buy Box) loss
  • Unauthorized sellers on your listings

Margin Leakage

Money lost between price and payout: FBA fees and surcharges, stacked discounts, low-margin SKUs, landed cost and ad spend that doesn't pay back.

  • FBA fee per unit rising
  • Coupons stacked on deals
  • Aged-inventory and storage fees

Operational Leakage

Time and inventory lost inside the business: late reorders, FBA inventory nobody reconciles, excess stock and decisions that wait a week for one person.

  • Reorders placed late
  • Unreconciled FBA inventory
  • Units aging past 180 days

Customer Leakage

Money lost after the sale: returns, refunds, falling star ratings and the same complaint in review after review.

  • Negative review trends
  • Return reasons not fed back to listings
  • Return rate rising on top ASINs

Listing Leakage

Conversion lost on your Amazon detail pages: low conversion, weak images, gaps in A+ content and pages that don't work on a phone.

  • Conversion below category
  • Main images unreadable on phones
  • A+ content gaps

Marketplace Leakage

Revenue lost inside Seller Central: suppressed listings, stranded inventory, catalog errors, compliance deactivations and FBA reimbursements nobody claimed.

  • Suppressed listings
  • Stranded inventory
  • Account Health warnings

Strategic Leakage

Cash and team time tied up in SKUs, channels or customers that return the least.

  • SKUs under 10% contribution margin
  • Cash tied up in slow movers
  • A channel with no P&L of its own

Categories where a regulator stands behind the listing

We focus on categories where Amazon asks for documents because a US regulator requires them: the CPSC, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) or the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). Each page lists the documents and the typical Amazon enforcement for that category.

  • Dietary supplements

Amazon compliance for supplement brands. TIC verification, cGMP evidence, FDA label and claim rules, facility registration. $3,500/month, no PPC.

  • Beauty & personal care

Amazon compliance for beauty and personal care brands. MoCRA registration and listing, labels, safety records, approval documents. $3,500/month, no PPC.

  • Baby, kids & toys

Amazon compliance for baby, kids and toy brands. CPCs, CPSC eFiling since July 8, 2026, ASTM F963-23 test reports, tracking labels. $3,500/month.

  • Electronics & batteries

Amazon compliance for electronics brands. FCC authorization and FCC IDs, lithium battery test summaries, dangerous goods data, Reese's Law. $3,500/month.

  • Pest control & pet

Amazon compliance for pest control and pet brands. EPA registration, pesticide claims, 25(b) and treated-article status, flea and tick rules. $3,500/month.

  • Grocery & gourmet

Amazon compliance for grocery brands. FDA facility registration and renewal, allergen labels, FBA expiration-date rules, approval documents. $3,500/month.

When the problem sits outside Seller Central

LIVELE Consulting takes on defined problems closest to Amazon and margin. Each engagement starts with a written problem, outcome, scope, timeline, owner and list of deliverables.

  • SKU-level P&L and KPI dashboards. Which ASINs pay for the rest once fees, returns and ad spend are counted, and the few numbers your team should watch every week.
  • Pricing, bundles and catalog structure. Price points, variation families and bundles built around how buyers shop, not around how the catalog grew.
  • SOPs and operations. Written procedures for listing changes, reorders and inbound shipments, and a clear answer to who approves what.

How we work

Every engagement, from one appeal to a retainer, runs on the same six steps.

  1. Step 1

    Discover

We learn your commercial priorities, risks and data, and the problem that brought you to us.

  2. Step 2

    Assess

We set the baseline. For a retainer that means Account Health, open cases and document gaps. For The Missing Piece™ it means your leak profile.

  3. Step 3

    Prioritize

We separate critical issues from high-value opportunities and agree what happens now, next and later.

  4. Step 4

    Execute

The work gets done by LIVELE, by your team, or by both with a written split of who owns what.

  5. Step 5

    Measure

KPIs, risk and completed actions are tracked against the baseline agreed at the start.

  6. Step 6

    Optimize

What we learn sets the next list of priorities.

Questions sellers ask first

What does LIVELE do for Amazon sellers?

LIVELE is a bilingual (English/Spanish) Amazon Vendor and Seller Central consultancy that protects account health, manages compliance and accounts, and finds hidden profit leaks for brands selling on Amazon.com. In practice that means two monthly retainers (Compliance Management and Full Account Management), one-time help through Urgent Case Review & Appeal and US Compliance Readiness, a fixed-fee profit diagnostic called The Missing Piece™, and scoped consulting projects.

How much does Amazon account management cost with LIVELE?

LIVELE's Compliance Management costs $3,500/month and Full Account Management costs $4,500/month. Both prices are published, and neither includes PPC. Both retainers have a 6-month minimum term, 45 days' notice and a one-time onboarding fee of $500. Urgent Case Review & Appeal costs $1,500 per parent ASIN for new clients. The Missing Piece™ starts at $4,500, fixed; the final fee depends on SKU count. LIVELE Consulting is priced by scope. The pricing page lists what each offer includes and excludes.

Do you run PPC or Amazon Ads campaigns?

No. LIVELE doesn't run your ads. That keeps our advice on catalog, compliance and margin independent of ad spend, and lets us work alongside your PPC agency or in-house team. The Missing Piece™ still analyzes advertising inefficiency as a margin question, and LIVELE Consulting can set advertising strategy and budget targets. Campaign management stays with whoever runs your ads today.

Do you need my Seller Central password?

No. We work through Seller Central permissions that you control. You can change or remove our access at any time, and we never ask for your password. That follows Amazon's own advice: don't share passwords, and give others access through permissions instead. For service providers, Amazon's rules add registration in its Solution Provider Portal, approved roles, and a seller authorization that lasts 365 days before the seller renews it.

My account was suspended today. Can you help if I'm not a retainer client?

Yes. First, don't submit anything yet. LIVELE's Urgent Case Review & Appeal is a one-off engagement for suspensions, deactivations, Section 3 notices, intellectual property (IP) and inauthentic-item complaints, and identity verification requests. A senior reviewer reads the notice and account history, finds the root cause and writes the Plan of Action with you. For new clients it costs $1,500 per parent ASIN, covering up to 3 child ASINs; cases about the whole account are quoted on request. No one can guarantee reinstatement; Amazon makes the final decision.

We run several brands and a large catalog. Do the published prices still apply?

Yes, for the scope described on each service page. If you add brands, Seller Central accounts or SKU volume beyond that scope, we quote the extra work in writing before work starts, so you see the full price before you sign. For The Missing Piece™, the fee starts at $4,500 and the final amount depends on SKU count.

Do you support Vendor Central and hybrid 1P/3P brands?

Yes. We support brands on Vendor Central (1P, selling wholesale to Amazon) and hybrid brands that also sell directly to customers through Seller Central (3P). Scope and price for Vendor Central work are quoted in writing before work starts.

Do you work on marketplaces other than Amazon.com?

Our published prices cover Amazon.com, the US store. Work on Amazon's European marketplaces is available and quoted separately.

Who is LIVELE not a good fit for?

LIVELE is not the right firm if you sell under about $1.5 million a year on Amazon, run retail or online arbitrage or dropshipping, sell without Brand Registry (authorized wholesale at $2 million or more with letters of authorization is the exception), want PPC managed for you, want guaranteed reinstatement, or need us to work through a shared login.
